AMOSO Properties is excited to announce its AMOSO Real Estate IRA Investment Strategy. This investment strategy will open up the Real Estate Investment services AMOSO Properties and its affiliated companies provide to many more people who were not able to take advantage of the great Investment opportunities previously.
Since AMOSO Properties opened its doors in 2010, the company has only been working with individuals who have large amounts of liquid capital. These individual investors are usually retirees or near-retirees looking to invest for monthly cash flow purposes, private capital firms, or people with large wealth outside of traditional retirement accounts.
Joseph Ord, founder of AMOSO Properties, says he is continuously looking for new ways to open his services to more people. Until recently I was unaware that someone could invest their IRA money with a business like mine said Joe. Recently, Joe received a phone call from a gentleman inquiring about how he could invest with AMOSO Properties. I explained to him the basic AMOSO investment model we use, and then he asked a question I hadnt heard before, Joe explained. He asked if he could use his Self-Directed IRA LLC account he had formed, to invest with AMOSO. This was new, so I simply said I will do some research and get back to you, Joe said.
Over the next several days, Joe scoured the internet for information on Self-Directed IRAs and how they can be used for real estate investment. What Mr. Ord found out was that is a relatively simple process to create a retirement IRA that the account holder can be in complete control of and can invest in almost anything they deem fit for their money.
The AMOSO Property model as always been structured for the individual with long term investment aspirations, but before finding out about Self-Directed IRAs, The AMOSO model was only for those with lots of liquid capital for investments. Now the AMOSO Model can also be for someone who is saving for retirement, several years away, explained Joe Ord.
When asked if AMOSO Properties will set up and service these IRA accounts for individuals, Joseph Ord said, absolutely not. To do that would require licenses we do not have or have a desire to acquire, Joe explained, and then added, We just want to educate people that they have more options for their retirement funds then they may realize, and AMOSO Properties can figure into that, if they choose.
AMOSO Properties is taking an educational approach to this particular real estate investment strategy. AMOSO Properties has dedicated two full pages on its newly revamped website to Self-Directed IRAs. The First page explains how the AMOSO Real Estate IRA strategy works. The second page is a completely neutral, information only resource page for potential investors or anyone looking to learn more about setting up a Self-Directed IRA. Well, its almost completely neutral, said Joe. We added one shameless plug for AMOSO Properties on the page; heck, its our website, joked Joe.
